Jotunheimen - Reindeer (Norway)

In Norway, we set out for the Jotunheimen region in search of reindeer. Wild reindeer are notoriously difficult to spot, but in this area large, free-ranging herds of semi-domesticated reindeer can be found. They are not tame, yet they tend to be less shy than their wild counterparts. These herds roam vast expanses above the tree line, where the wind bites and the air is cold.
