Castelo Branco (Azores)
The tower of the Castelo Branco at a high hilltop. The Miradouro do Castelo Branco is a viewpoint at the main island São Miguel of the Azores. From there you can see the village of Villa Franca do Compo, the Furnas Lake and the Atlantic Ocean. The tower looks like a medieval fortress but it is more recent and constructed with concrete.
