In July 2006 I took part in a mountain adventure week with X-Adventure. Our base was a camp site in the little town of Torla in the Spanish Pyrenees. Our main activities were rock climbing, rapelling, rafting and in particular, canyoning.

Spanish Pyrenees : Canyoning - Slide. Canyoning is both a mountain and watersport at the same time. Swimming, sliding, jumping, climbing, rapelling or abseiling off a rock face or in a waterfall, wading through gaps and crawling through narrow rock cracks.

Spanish Pyrenees : Ordesa NP. The National Park of Ordesa, with the Monte Perdido, is a very beautiful park with high mountains, deep cut valleys, waterfalls and unique fauna and flora. There are various marked walking routes.
