Istanbul - Topkapi palace

The Topkapi palace was the primary residence of the Ottoman Sultans in the 15the century. The palace complex is located on the Seraglio Point, a promontory overlooking the Golden Horn and the Sea of Marmara, with the Bosphorus in plain sight from many points of the palace. It has four main courtyards with beautiful buildings like the harem and it exhibits many exquisite art treasures.
