Petra - Monastery (Jordan)
Petra prospered as the capital of the Nabataean empire from 400 BC to 106 AD. The Romans annexed Petra in 106 AD but in circa 700 AD the city was abandonned. Petra is a wonderful city where I have been strolling for 3 days.
