Op het menu stonden verschillende stevige trekkings doorheen schitterende canyons (Wadi al Yabis, Wadi Mujib, Wadi ibn Hamad, Wadi Ghuweir, Dana ...), een bezoek aan de Romeinse stad Jerash en aan het 8e wereldwonder uit de oudheid, Petra. Uiteindelijk brachten we nog 2 dagen door in de wondermooie Wadi Rum woestijn en een dag aan de Rode Zee in Aqaba. Tijdens de wandeling tussen de kampplaats van Rummana en het stadje Dana hebben we verschillende blauwe hagedissen gezien.
